Below, you can find the registration fees for participating in the European Playback Theatre Gathering 2025.

The registration includes participation in the program activities, coffee breaks, and leisure activities (that do not require an additional payment)
Optional meal/lunch options (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday):
A – University cafeteria: €7/meal (€21 total for the 3 days). The lunch break is short (the time allocated for lunch is from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM).
B – Fonseca College Restaurant: €18/meal (€54 total – no time limit for meals).
Optional dinner and event closing party: €40
*Cancellation policy:
– If for any reason you are unable to attend EPTG 2025, you can request a full refund before the day until August 31, 2025, 100% will be refunded.
– After this day, the money will not be refunded, only the registration could be changed to another new person.

In the process of developing the program, your generous contributions are essential. If you would like to be a part of the group of people who put their knowledge at the service of the community, please send us your idea.
All proposals will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee, in charge of selecting the activities that will be part of this Meeting and preparing the program.
