Join the 2025 European Playback Theater Gathering in Salamanca!

Registration as a participant is currently closed. If you would like to register, please fill out the participant waiting list form, and if any spots become available, we will accept new registrations in order of registration.

Below, you can find the registration fees for participating in the European Playback Theatre Gathering 2025.

Regular Rate*	150€	180€

The registration includes participation in the program activities, coffee breaks, and leisure activities (that do not require an additional payment)

Optional meal/lunch options (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday):
A – University cafeteria: €7/meal (€21 total for the 3 days). The lunch break is short (the time allocated for lunch is from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM).
B – Fonseca College Restaurant: €18/meal (€54 total – no time limit for meals).

Optional dinner and event closing party: €40

*Cancellation policy:

– If for any reason you are unable to attend EPTG 2025, you can request a full refund before the day until August 31, 2025, 100% will be refunded.
– After this day, the money will not be refunded, only the registration could be changed to another new person.
