| I don’t know anything about Playback Theatre, can I sign up? Of course yes, everyone is welcome! Also, this is a great opportunity to meet people interested in Playback Theatre from all over the world. |
| I have no previous experience in Playback Theatre, can I apply? Of course, Playback Theatre is community theatre, local and made for all people – this is a great opportunity to start on the road to learning! |
| Are there any selection criteria for people registering for the meeting? No, but it is important to stress that as in all other activities organised by the Iberian Association, they need to be aware of and take into account the ethical principles of our Manifesto. |
| Can I attend only 1, 2 or 3 days? Yes, you can attend for as long as you wish, although we recommend that you make the most of this special meeting. However, the fee is fixed regardless of the number of days you attend. |
| If I currently have limited financial resources, can I get some kind of support to attend the Gathering? – On the registration form you can request the possibility of Solidarity Accommodation. Local people and participants of the Meeting generously offer a space in their homes to host other participants free of charge. – It is possible to access a Scholarship Scheme funded through donations made for this meeting. |
| I would like to make a donation to EPTG, is this possible? Of course, the EPTG Donation System aims to encourage the participation of all people regardless of their current financial situation. If you would like to join this movement and make a financial contribution – regardless of whether it is small or large, as they all add up – you can find more information at Donations. |
| What is the cancellation policy? – If for any reason you are unable to attend EPTG 2025, you can request a full refund before the day until August 31, 2025, 100% will be refunded. – After this day, the money will not be refunded, only the registration could be changed to another new person. |
